1. Plugin Installation:
Step 1: Login your WordPress admin panel www.yoursite.com/wp-admin

Step 2: On left sidebar navigate to Plugins refer image below,

Step 3: Click on Add New button it will navigate to upload page

Step 4: Click on Upload Plugin button

Step 5: Click on Choose File button and select plugin zip file and click on Open button

Step 6: Click on Install Now button after selecting zip file

Step 7: Click on Activate Plugin button

After completion of Step 7 your plugin is activated.

2. M&P Plugin Settings:

Step 1: Navigate to WooCommerce → Settings

Step 2: Click M&P Courier Settings tab

• Check on checkbox Enable / Disable

• Select Live Environment
• Enter your API Username, API Password and API Account No provided by M&P
Courier and click on Save Changes button.

Step 3: After saving changes fields will appear Special Instructions, Packet Weight,
Select Shipment, Select Location Fragile with default values on the same page you can
change them according to your need.

Step 4: Click on Sync Cities after successful sync cities click on Sync Locations after
successful sync locations click on Save Changes button and your settings are saved
now.

Step 5: Click on Checkbox to enable or disable the Cron for shipment status synch.

Step 6: Select the desired cron update frequency for synchronization for e.g: Every
4 hour.

3. Create Single Shipment:
3.1 Create Shipment:
Step 1: Navigate to WooCommerce → Orders

Step 2: Select order for Create Shipment

Step 3: After open an order scroll to the bottom and you will find M&P Details.

Step 4: Click on Create Shipment button after clicking a popup will appear after filling
and choosing option according to your need click on Submit button for create
shipment refer image below,

Step 5: After successful shipment a tracking number and multiple other options like
Cancel Shipment, Track Location, Track Shipment & Print Label will show against your
order refer image below

 3.2 Track Location:
Click on Track location button for tracking your details refer image
below

3.3 Track Shipment:

Click on Track Shipment button for tracking your details refer image below

3.4 Print Order Label:

Click on Print Label button for printing purpose refer image below

3.5 Cancel shipment :

Click on Cancel shipment button for cancel shipment.

 4. Bulk Actions:
User can perform bulk actions from orders grid.

4.1 Create Bulk Shipment:

Step 1: Navigate to WooCommerce → Orders and select orders for bulk shipment as
image below

Step 2: After selecting your order select M&P Bulk Shipment option from Bulk action
and click on Apply button

A popup will appear after apply M&P Bulk Shipment option and select options and fill
fields according to your need refer image below

After selecting and filling your options click on Create Bulk Shipment button and
your shipment will be created message will appear.

Note: If the Customer selected city has a typo or city not matched the M&P City then
system will display validation message to match the city.

4.2 TAG M&P Shipment:

Step 1: Navigate to WooCommerce → Orders and select orders

Step 2: After selecting orders select Tag M&P Shipment option from Bulk action and click
on Apply button

Step 2: In M&P Tag column, order will appear with Yes tag refer image below.

4.3 Unmark M&P Shipment:
Step 1: Navigate to WooCommerce → Orders and select orders

Step 2: After selecting orders select Unmark M&P Shipment option from Bulk action
and click on Apply button

Step 2: In M&P Tag column, order will appear with NO tag refer image below

 5. Filter Shipments:
User can filter shipments that were tagged Yes, No or M&P Shipment.

5.1 Filter by Yes & No:

Navigate to the filter dropdown and select yes, will display all the orders
that were tagged yes as M&P shipment and shipment is not created yet.

Navigate to the filter dropdown and select No, will display all the orders that
were not tagged or Unmarked as M&P shipment and shipment is not created yet.

5.2 Filter by M&P shipment:
Navigate to the filter dropdown and select M&P Shipments, will display all the
order with shipments that were created as M&P shipment.
