Documents required for Compounding Case (CLU)

1. Scrutiny Fee of Rs. 5000/- per acre for 1st acre and then Rs. 1000/- per
acre fee subsequent acres.
(D.D. In favor of District Town Planner, Jalandhar)
2. Location Plan and Site Plan signed by COA registered Architect and
Owner.
3. Jamabandi.
4. Registery Copy (Notary Attested)
5. Aks Shahra (Signed by Patwari) (Original) (If site is under Mustarka
khata then it should be marked on Aks Shajra and signed by
Tehsildar/CRO with this self-declaration regarding any litigation is
required)
6. Non-Encumbrance Certificate (Original).
7. I.D. Proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter Card, Driving License etc.).
8. CRO Report (11 Points).
9. Proof of Partnership deed/Company.
10. Electricity / Telephone / Sewerage / Water Supply Bill of the
Building. (In case of compounding of unauthorized buildings constructed
between 21.01.2005 to 16.08.2007) (Anyone is required).
11. Sale Tax Number / Receipt of tax paid on any business being run in
the building.
12. Proof of existence of the building.
13. Fire Safety certificate.
14. Structural Safety Certificate.
15. NOC from National Highway.
16. NOC from DFO (Forest)
