Leadership Bonus are unlocked when you’ve achieved FM and meet another FM from your hierarchy.
Unlock each levels based on unit of FM from different lines.
With a minimum of 5 FM from different lines, you’re entitled to override up to
10 Compressive Levels of Leadership Bonus, with total of 45% bonus allocated.
