the right to live with dignity in the
comfort of their own home.
Why there is a housing Problems?

The lack of job opportunities can be one of the
problem why some of our comrades in the country
can’t afford to buy or even get an decent housing.
The education is one of the key factor as well why
most of these people is unemployed
Why there is a housing Problems?

3.0 Industrialization
Conversion of the land that was intended for housing
development can be the problem. Due to our rising
or adaptive technology, the construction of various
building across the country in a unplanned or
uncategorized location can affect the whole urban
planning especially the creation of location for
housing.
The demand-supply gap is mostly
noticeable at the lower end of the
housing market as the poorer
households failed to get access to
decent housing. In turn, the government
has intervened in the housing market to
make it more responsive to demand,
especially of the poor households.
Government intervention consists of
regulatory, production and financing
measures.
