GENERAL

An exchange or a repair of inverters or a component has either to be arranged with the Fronius Tech Support or
has to be ordered via the Fronius Solar Online Support (SOS).

The board replacement is only possible for Fronius system partners!

If an inverter, a power stack or component is being returned to Fronius and then being defined as technically
faultless, the customer will be charged with the lump sum of inspection as well as the freight charges [also within
the Fronius warranty and Fronius warranty plus].

Please refer to the documents of delivery for finding out if a return of various other components is necessary.

The Fronius Warranty PLUS covers the costs within the warranty period for material, repair time and transportation.
The Fronius warranty is a pure material warranty. Within the warranty period only the freight costs will be charged
in the form of lump sums.
