Subject: Primary fan duct assembly Details: <Symptom> Abnormal noise, scatter toner to the feeder assembly, or damaged drive gear in the AP Kit assembly may occur. <Cause> The dust proof filter in the primary duct assembly is clogged with dust, which may prevent absorption of enough cooling air from outside the main body. As a result, the temperature inside the main body becomes high, and the waste toner blocking inside the AP Kit occurs, which may cause the symptom above. <Factory Correction> Shape change and component change of the primary fan duct assembly. Service Work: Install the parts according to the attached instructions. (Caution) In case the machine is placed in a bad environment, much dust may come into the machine, which stains the transfer corona assembly wiring, causing poor image. In this case, use the old type of primary duct assembly for replacement, and clean the dust proof filter as often as possible.
