Fixing/Feeder Frame Assembly Change of Way to Attach Static Eliminator To let you know the details of the attachment procedure, because the type of static eliminator is changed for production convenience. Type change of the static eliminator (i.e. from plate type into tape type)

Service Work: In case of attaching the new type of static eliminator to fixing/feeder frame assembly having the old type of static eliminator, smooth out the whole tape of the static eliminator and prepare the tape. Place the tape, starting right next to the rounded corner on the sidewall of the upper guide of fixing/feeder frame assembly. Place the static eliminator on the bottom line of the upper guide, and attach it. <Caution> Clean the sidewall of the upper guide before attaching the static eliminator and be careful so that the tape is not wrinkled or loose, or that the needle is not bent. <Procedure> 1) Place the static eliminator with reference to the rounded corner on the sidewall of the upper guide. Take care not to cover the rounded corner so that it. might not come off.

2) Place the static eliminator on the bottom line of the upper guide.
