From the Delivery tab take the order as normal New Customer Editor UI and Workflow Automatic text when you dispatch the order New text sending option –visible only once ticket has a customer assigned and ticket was sent or saved A AUTOMATIC REPORTS !!LOGIN AS THE USER THAT YOU WANT TO RECEIVE THE REPORT!! Open any report Enter the parameters you desire for the report Day and Time Other Parameters like (show open orders, group discounts, etc) Click Add New under Automatic Reports Set how frequently you would like the report to run When would you like to have the report first Example: If you want a weekly Sales Analysis report to be emails to you ever Sunday night Set the run time from Mon at 12am till Sunday 11:59pm Set the Automatic Reporting to run weekly, first run will be the following Monday at 12am
