Mipha would find her future S/O at the edge of a riverbank while out swimming.
They'd be groggy, but not unconscious. Of course, Mipha would be extremely
concerned, checking them up and down and asking if they feel alright. Their strange
appearance is the least of her worries.
They're not wet, so it doesn't seem like they had trouble swimming. But if that's
the case, why were they waking up at the edge of a river?
The first thing this stranger says is "... Are you... Mipha?"
She's a little surprised, but nods affirmatively. Now she's a little wary. But, she
still wants to make sure they're okay.
Immediately this person just begins to ramble, fumbling over their own words before
just looking up at her and Goddess do they look so sad.
After giving them a moment, she tells them to say everything again, but slowly.
When they do, she just can't make sense of it. "What a cruel thing to say." She
says, hearing them speak of Hyrule's downfall. The stranger in front of her pleads
with her. Promises that what they're saying isn't a cruel joke, but what could very
well happen in the future.
Honestly, it makes Mipha get really downtrodden. Just the idea of everything
falling apart, her dying, Link dying...
"B-but don't worry! There's still time, we can prevent it!" The stranger grabs her
hands and looks at her with hope. While she doesn't entirely believe them... she
appreciates their optimism.
Finding out they don't have anywhere to stay, Mipha allows them to stay at the
Domain for a bit. They start following her whenever they see her, talking about
strategies to fight "Waterblight" as they call it, the best ways to handle Calamity
Ganon, and how soon enough the Princess of Hyrule is going to be asking Mipha to be
a Champion.
She finds their presence endearing, thinking at first that its because they remind
her of her brother, but after a while she realizes that's not the case. She likes
having them around because she likes them.
Of course, to her, Link comes first still. But that doesn't mean she doesn't
appreciate her future S/O. It just takes time for her to move on.
The day Zelda asks Mipha to be a Champion, it really starts to set in that her S/O
was right. Mipha immediately pushes them in front of Zelda at the earliest chance,
saying "This person has very important information that you must hear!"
Baby Sidon may or may not be EXTREMELY jealous of this stranger.

The two of you got along very well right away because you both have very kind and
gentle demeanors
You both tend to be soft spoken and have a talent for helping and healing others
Must be fate, right? You’re quite certain the goddesses lined this one for you,
your girls got your back ;)
Safe to say being “just friends” didn’t last long
Your long white robes are kind of annoying when they get wet, so she does her best
to keep dates in dry places. There are still plenty of options in the Zora Domain
and Mipha never fails to find a nice spot
You always feel super safe and comfortable with her, and she feels the same. You
two tell each other everything and are always ready to protect the other
It’s just such a pure fluffy relationship, you’re both angels <3
She often gives you beautiful things from the water like shells, pearls, and coral
You stay at the Zora Domain so often that they just permanently keep a Hylian bed
and Hylian food on hand
All the Zora and Hylians would absolutely throw hands if anyone tried to mess with
your relationship
Zelda and Link have “dealt with” suitors coming for you, same as Mipha’s father has
“dealt with” suitors coming for her
And the best part is y’all are oblivious to the suitors
And although Mipha seems all cute and innocent, she can absolutely kick some butt
if someone tries to hurt you
Baby Sidon grew attached to you quite quickly and once blurted out, “when’s the
wedding?” because he thinks it’d be so cool to have you as a sibling in law!
You were both blushing for a solid week because of that one

Mipha would honestly just tell her s/o they look great! "I see you've been working
hard!"
Swimming is a great physical activity. She'd love to do that with her s/o as a form
of training/exercise, praising them a lot as they make their way through the water.
Mipha definitely loves her s/o no matter what, so her demeanor also wouldn't really
change much. She'd just appreciate their vitality.
If asked to feel her s/o's abs, she'd probably touch them very lightly before
taking her hand away and getting a little flustered. That feels very intimate to
her.
She'd be very worried if her s/o chose to take up a weapon if they didn't have one
already. She knows they're capable, but its still so tense to watch!

The two of you were swimming in a cove Mipha had discovered not too long ago
You had been swimming for quite a while when you decided to sit out on the edge
Mipha chose to keep swimming and explored the underwater ways
It was faint but she heard a low tone that echoed and became distorted in the water
She followed it up back and realized it was leading back to where she left you
She peeked her head above the water and saw you laying flat on your back
You were singing a haunting old songs of the sea and the cove amplified the low
tones
She was in a state of awe and couldn’t move
When you felt like someone was staring at you, you looked around and froze
“MIPHAAAA…” you whined before hiding your face
She waved before giggling
“Forgive me, my dearest. I was completely enthralled.

Encounters her future S/O outside of Gerudo Town, in the nearby area. They're
passed out in the sand, starting to shiver from the oncoming desert night. Urbosa
is cautious, approaching carefully and asking aloud if the person is alright.
They'd awake with a "Huh?!", quickly sitting up, causing Urbosa to reach for the
hilt of her sword. The stranger would look at her and ask if she really is Urbosa.
This would be the final straw for her and she'd take out her blade, pointing it
straight toward this mysterious person she's found passed out, in the desert, at
night, who is now asking if she's "really Urbosa". Sounds like a Yiga plot to her.
"Woah, woah! I promise I'm not a threat!" She narrows her eyes. "... Ma'am."
After a moment, she'd put her sword away and sternly question them on what they're
doing out in the desert. They'd sheepishly shrug, explaining they just ended up
there. They are not making a good case for themself.
"Y-you guys need help fighting Calamity Ganon, right? I can help! I've seen what's
going to happen!" This sounds unbelievable, until they mention that the Princess
was going to ask her to be a Champion. No one else should have known that- it was
only spoken of in private talks between the Princess and Urbosa at the moment.
She points her sword at them again. "How do you know that?"
From then on, she starts to see the sincerity in this person. They're not pulling
anything. They're being genuine. Instead of waiting for Zelda to come to her,
Urbosa immediately calls for Zelda to meet with this stranger. Its from there that
their relationship deepens over time, as they assist both Zelda and Urbosa with the
situation at hand.
If her S/O is male, that's a little bit of an issue. She'd likely set them up in
the Kara Kara Bazaar, as they can't enter Gerudo Town. Otherwise, they'd stay with
her in the Royal Palace.
She'd have them by her side often though. With the rising threat of Calamity Ganon,
she has to frequently visit the castle. She'd take her S/O along, silently admiring
how awestruck they are at everything.

Urbosa is a confident and prideful woman who knows what she wants. What does she
want? An s/o who is a walking tomato anytime she's next to them.
Luckily for her, she got exactly what she wanted when you two started dating. As
soon as she saw you, she knew immediately that you were the one for her.
As much as standing next to you can get you to become strawberry red in the face,
making Urbosa giggle and just fawn over you even more.
She absolutely adores your cuteness. She maybe one of the strongest Gerudo in known
history but she has a big soft spot for cute things. You are at the top of her
cuteness list, even above puppies!
When your relationship goes up to hugging, she will take every opportunity she can
to just lift you into her arms and snuggle up with you. Your adorable red face is
priceless.
Honestly, kissing maybe impossible with your sheer shyness. You almost fainted the
first time she kissed your cheek, kissing your lips even for a second could put you
in a coma!
Seriously, you might need to get alot of smooches to get used to them. It'll take
many faints and red faces but it'll be worth it in the end!

At first your interactions were purely professional. You’d reach out to the
goddesses on Urbosa’s behalf, give advice, and help with important ceremonies, the
usual
And while Urbosa can be very formal, she’s usually more laidback, and it was that
warm friendliness that made you come out of your shell with her
Urbosa would “call upon your advice” more and more, to the point that neither of
you even bothered pretending you were together for any real reason aside from the
fact you liked one another’s company
Your long, white robes aren’t exactly ideal for long treks through the desert, so
she tends to keep dates either in the safety of the city or in a well shaded oasis
Urbosa often teases you a little or is purposefully flirty to make you blush
She often brings you exotic gifts, like rare flowers or expensive jewels
She once got you one of those sand seal stuffed toys <3
You originally wanted to keep your relationship completely private given the nature
of your professional connection, but that was difficult in such a crowded city with
so many guards around
But don’t worry, the women of the city are very pleased with who their chief is
courting
There’s something so ethereal and lovely about you, you’re hard to dislike
The children especially like you because your robes are so magic like
Plus you’re really nice and give them sweets and stories :) so when you walk into
the city, it isn’t uncommon for the children to reach you before Urbosa does, so
you’re basically mobbed by a bunch of adoring little ones
Urbosa is very protective of you because of the Yiga Clan. She knows better than
anyone how much they’d love to have an oracle at their disposal
She just doesn’t want anything to happen to someone so kind and gentle
So whenever you’re wandering about Hyrule, especially in the desert, she insists
that you bring guards with
Any threats to you, Yiga or not, are dealt with swiftly. You’re an oracle, a
peacemaker. The last thing Urbosa wants you to deal with is violence

"Why didn't you let me tag along?" is probably the first thing she'd say. She's an
athletic woman with a six-pack of her own, she'd want to experience whatever
challenge her s/o faced to get this buff.
She'd offer to exercise with them to help them keep it up, or just for fun. She's
proud of their ability.
Urbosa would want to start training her s/o to use a weapon like hers, if they
didn't already. She likes someone who can defend themself properly.
Would playfully punch her s/o's abdomen and be like "Hard as steel! Nice."
But we all know Urbosa would love her s/o no matter what they looked like. What
she's really amazed with is their dedication to exercise that much to even get a
six-pack. She knows how much training you have to do to get there. Its hard,
unforgiving work sometimes.

Affection

urbosa prefers giving verbal affection, and receiving physical affection! she
compliments you as often as possible

b = best friend (what would they be like as a best friend? how would the friendship
start?)
as a best friend, she teases you a lot. she's like a big sister

but like. y’know. not in a weird way,,

c = cuddles (do they like to cuddle? how would they cuddle?)

she does! she’s not an extremely touchy person, but it would be comforting to hold
you

her favorite positions are to lay on her back and put your head on her chest or
shoulder, or spooning. no matter your height, She Will Always Be The Big Spoon

d = domestic (do they want to settle down? how are they at cooking and cleaning?)
urbosa would still want to lead gerudo town as chieftain, but she’d settle down
more in terms of fighting. she wouldn’t want to risk herself as much considering
you were there

honestly i feel like urbosa is just That Person who fucking sucks at cooking. she
knows it too; she’ll just kind of stare blankly at you in pain if you suggest she
cook

e = ending (if they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)

f = fiance(e) (how do they feel about commitment? how quick would they want to get
married?)
she would be fine with the idea of commitment! she would want to wait at least a
few years before considering marriage. it’s a weighty decision and she doesn’t want
to make the wrong choice since it could harm both of you

g = gentle (how gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)

she’s very gentle with you! definitely not as much as someone like mipha, but she’s
very careful not to accidentally hurt you

h = hugs (do they like hugs? how often do they do it? what are their hugs like?)
urbosa doesn’t hug you often, but she shows physical affection in other ways. i.e.
gently pulling you to lean on her when sitting down, keeping a hand on the small of
your back, running her hands through your hair (if she can), etc.

i = i love you (how fast do they say the L-word?)

probably a couple months at least? (i've never been in a relationship so is that
normal????)

she’ll say it on a calmer night, when the yiga clan is silent for once and king
rhoam hasn’t called for her help. on rare days like these, she’s accustomed to
drawing a bath that smells good as hell, so you’ll be really comfy and probably
sleepy LMAO

will tell you right before you fall asleep when she’s thinks you aren’t awake!!!
once she realizes you are, will 100% give u a forehead kiss

j = jealousy (how jealous do they get? what do they do when they’re jealous?)
urbosa doesn’t get jealous very often, mainly pissed if someone won’t stop
harassing you. she’ll wrap an arm around your waist, and if they aren’t already
intimidated (they’d have to be drunk or just have The Audacity) she won’t hesitate
to roast tf out of them. if you thought her teasing you was bad, it’s terrifying
now. she won’t hold back

k = kisses (what are their kisses like? where do they like to kiss you? where do
they like to be kissed?)
she honestly doesn’t have a preference on where to be kissed! she likes kissing you
on the shoulder, forehead, and hand the most. :))

l = little ones (how are they around children?)

she’s actually really good with kids! even before she became chieftain, she liked
hanging out + playing pretend with them

something really cool about urbosa that the kids like is that she treats them with
high respect and talks to them like adults!!! (but very sensitive adults at that;
she doesn’t tease them much. kids deserve kindness and you bet she’s gonna fulfill
that)

m = morning (how are mornings spent with them?)

she prefers long hours of sleep + waking up late. so if it’s a chill day when
you’re not needed for anything, she’ll stay with you in bed for hours

if she wasn’t able to sleep as much, she’ll be lowkey grumpy in the mornings until
she gets her tea

n = night (how are nights spent with them?)

like the mornings, she drinks tea a lot before bed. she gives me jasmine or
chamomile tea energy???? idk

long baths are a must, especially since it’s so sandy,,, everywhere,,,,

she’s the type to have a ton of candles and nice soaps and stuff, so she always
smells really good before bed

o = open (when would they start revealing things about themselves? do they say
everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)
pretty early in the relationship! she trusts you enough to talk about things that
are bothering her/have in the past.

although, i’m not sure if she’d talk about zelda’s mother and stuff like that due
to privacy reasons. unless zelda herself didn’t express concern over it, she’d keep
the details pretty tight

p = patience (how easily angered are they?)

unless you’re a yiga member, urbosa’s patience is very thick. i literally cannot
think of a time she would get fully mad at you??

if you ever put yourself in danger, (especially for her) she would definitely scold
you. never angry, though

q = quizzes (how much would they remember about you? do they remember every little
detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)
urbosa remembers things even you don’t remember. mainly things you point out at a
marketplace or something.

(on that note, she is absolutely the type to spoil you. you can mention a pretty
flower in rito village in passing and she’ll be convincing revali to go get it for
you within an hour)

r = remember (what is their favorite moment in your relationship?)

IM SORRY I COULDNT THINK OF ANYTHING FOR THIS ONE EITHER

s = security (how protective are they? how would they protect you? how would they
like to be protected?)
very protective!! even if you can fight/are a champion, she’ll subconsciously be
protecting you in battle.

she doesn’t want you to worry about protecting her, honestly. (tbh she lowkey likes
when you lean on her for safety)

t = try (how much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday
tasks?)
she puts a lot of effort into them!! she actually finds it really fun to get to
plan dates and stuff. she loves giving gifts and they are always very well thought
out!!

u = ugly (what would be some bad habits of theirs?)

bold of you to assume urbosa isn’t perfect

v = vanity (how concerned are they with their looks?)

she does care about her looks, but only because it makes her feel good!! as long as
she looks professional and clean, urbosa could care less about what other people
think.

w = whole (would they feel incomplete without you?)

urbosa is comfortable enough with herself to be okay without a partner, but that
doesn’t mean it wouldn’t hurt. if you ever were to get hurt/leave her, she would be
crushed, but she would be able to heal.

x = xtra (a random headcanon for them.)

she hates the cold with a burning passion and anytime she has to go to the tundra,
she’s grumpy the whole time

y = yuck (what are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a
partner?)
i couldn’t think of a partner one, but she’s scared of dogs for some reason. she is
a cat person and they lowkey freak her out

z = zzz (what are some sleep habits of theirs?)

even though she has guards, being the chieftain means either of you could be put in
danger at any time. because of this, she’s a fairly light sleeper. she’s also
pretty protective in her sleep! she’ll pull you close to her and keep a hand on the
back of your neck or stomach

Urbosa is honestly very indifferent to bugs. She's not freaked out by them, but
she's also not very fond of them, either. She just sees them as any other creature,
going about their lives in the ecosystem.
However, the Gerudo Desert is home to a lot of very fascinating critters. Here,
beetles, crickets, spiders, and- of course- scorpions call the sands their home,
hiding beneath the ground to avoid the hot sun.
If her S/O wanted to go looking for a specific specimen to capture and take back,
she would ask her assistants/servants in the palace if they know anything about it.
She would also direct her S/O to any entomology encyclopedias within the palace
library, offering to read it for them if they couldn't read the Gerudo language.
Anytime her S/O wanted to go out and explore to look for bugs, she'd make sure they
were joined by guards and assistants to carry any supplies, as well as provide
shade from the sun.
When Urbosa joins her S/O on their search for bugs and any fascinating specimens,
she would ask them all kinds of questions about the creatures they'd spot. The way
they just explode into facts and thoughts makes her feel so happy.
Urbosa would definitely provide her S/O with their own little study/lab for pinning
and observing bugs. Her personal favorite would be the ant farm, if they had one.
She finds their ability to dig such intricate spaces pretty amazing!
Her favorite bug fact that her S/O told her was that dragonflies have up to a 95%
kill rate when hunting prey, due to their extreme aerial predatory abilities!
Would totally buy her S/O a gorgeous dragonfly hairpin made of emeralds. It looks
like an Electric Darner!
She totally has a ton of pinned bugs in frames hanging up in her room. People ask
about them, and she just says "Amazing, aren't they? S/O put these together for me.
I'm so proud of them."

Urbosa is most definitely taller then any non Gerudo she dates so, with you being
short for your species, she's incredibly tall to you.
When you first ask her if you can sit on her lap, she'll be fine with it as long as
no one else is around.
She'll lift you and let you rest your head on her shoulder or chest as she gently
strokes your head and kisses it.
When in public, Urbosa will be alot more hesitant.
She has a title to hold for the Gerudo people and she can't have them seeing her do
something like that.
However, if she ever catches other Gerudo flirting with you or just making her
jealous, she'll place on on her lap and glare at them.
This then causes a chain reaction of her putting you on her lap almost everytime
she sits down with you.
Her strong hold is protective and gentle. It's probably the most affectionate
she'll get in public.

first off, she’s the only one who actually tells Revali to shut up

♛ Daruk is a really good leader, but sometimes gets a bit childish and carried
away so Urbosa keeps him grounded. She feels like a babysitter sometimes with Link,
Zelda, Revali, and Mipha fretting around everywhere so she really doesn’t need
Daruk thrown in the mix

♛ she’s v close with Zelda though, and kind of understands that the princess no
longer has a mother figure. that said she’s not here to be anyone’s mum but she
does offer a certain level of comfort and friendship to Zelda that is reserved from
most everyone else

♛ she likes joking with Link, he tends to be a lil nervous around her so
occasionally her straight-faced jokes and sarcasm goes over his head and he takes
it seriously until she starts laughing and he gets huffy because she’s got too good
of a poker face

♛ if she catches Link staring at Zelda, Urbosa stares at him until it sends
shivers up his spine or he notices her and gets all blushy n stuff. he can’t hide
his feels from Urbosa

Urbosa, in general, doesn't care what religion you may believe in. Even if it
conflicts with her own views, she doesn't mind as long as you don't force people to
be like you.
So, when she overhears you talking to a friend about how much you actually hate the
religion you follow, it shocks her.
She was so confused. Why were you following it if you hate it?
Well, it was because you grew up in a household which did believe in the religion
and, unlike Urbosa, they made sure you believed in it and followed all of their
rules about it.
Your parents especially controlled your life, not letting you do anything that so
much as went off the beaten path as their religion.
Urbosa didn't like seeing you like this so did one thing...nothing.
Yep, her big plan was technically nothing...technically.
The next morning, when you should be getting up to do your religious tasks, Urblsa
doesn't let you.
She big spoons you and keeps you cuddled up deeply into her, not letting you get
up.
When you ask what she's doing, she just says she overheard you yesterday. She wants
you to live the life you want to, not the one people tell you to. She wants you to
be your own person. Your own individual.
If it is still hard to not follow your religion that you've been forced into for
years, Urbosa will be right there to help you get these thoughts out of your mind.
She doesn't want her beautiful boyfriend thinking he has to do whatever people tell
him to. She wants him to be happy.

Urbosa is the type of Gerudo who is willing to listen for hours on end if it is
needed, she’s sweet, but strong, understanding but positive and has her own ideas
but above all, she wants her S/O happy

She was making her way home when she heard a melody ring through her ears
It sounded familiar and honestly, couldn’t believe what she was hearing
When she came in, she found you prepping dinner and singing a little jingle
Urbosa didn’t want to scare you, but she had to wonder how did she go so long
without knowing you could sing??
She closed her eyes enjoying the sound of your voice
Without realizing it she started humming along but it alerted you
You whipped around startled, yelping her name
And she was looking sheepish as she scratched her cheek
“Why did you not tell me you could sing, my cherished one?”
She leaned down and stole a kiss, “Your voice is as memorizing as you.”
