Engineering Mode Menus Including hidden menu options

OK to get these menus on an UK SLK350 Sep 04 build do the following: 1) Turn the ignition to on (Note : it works with the car started as well) 2) With the radio playing (Note: it works with other things like DVD playing) press : a. Mute Endcall Service all together and hold for 3 secs (ish) b. Sometimes this doesnt work, so simply try again, not sure why it doesnt always work, maybe its the order I press them in? You should get the following:

3) press and hold down the following keys: a. # * left arrow b. (the left arrow is the joy-pad one) You should see extra menus appear on the right as below:

The new menu items are: Dr.Dist is Driver Distraction RegCod is region Code Backd- is Backdoor 4) Select Dr Dist

Driver distraction looks like this:

6) Select each one as require and hit OK to toggle on or off So you now have the option to blank the screen out at 0km or 10km, or only seen when the handbrake is on! 7) Once finished select Back 8) Then select end on the engineers menu 9) Thats it, this should now work.

The backdoors menu is interesting but I have no idea what they do! Backdoor looks like this

Once you have finished playing select back and then end.. If you figure out what these do please let me know!
