Application for Grade 11

Admission Policy

1. You can apply only once during the admission cycle. Submitting multiple application forms
might lead to termination of your candidature.

2. The application form is valid only for the academic year 2022-23. The application form cannot
be deferred to subsequent academic year.

3. Each application form is considered individually on the factors specified. Hence, the decision
of the admissions committee is final. No request for re-evaluation of your application will be
considered.

4. Any misrepresentation of information or facts, by omission or commission would result in the

forfeiture of the admission and resulting cancellation without any refund.

5. Admissions are conducted on a rolling-basis. Since applications are determined on an

individual basis and not a comparative basis, any round in which you apply does not affect
your chances of admission.

General Instructions

1. The application fee is Rs. 5000. Application forms not associated with the payment of
application fee will not be considered.

2. Filling of admission form is not to be considered as admission until an offer letter is issued by
the school.

3. All fields marked by an * are mandatory. You will not be able to submit the form unless these
fields have been duly filled.

4. The Academics section requires you to attach scanned copy of your mark/grade sheet as
a mandatory field. For standard X, if the mark/grade sheet is unavailable, fill-in the predicted
scores against the subjects appeared..

5. Description of extra and co-curricular activities, leadership roles, awards are highly beneficial
for the decision of your application. It is recommended to fill this section with diligence
and in detail.

6. The personal essay of 100 words to be associated with the application form is mandatory
and should be written only by the applicant. You have the option of providing other relevant
information (non-mandatory) to your application in the space provided for the
additional essay.

7. Please ensure that the attachments that you upload in the application form are clearly legible
and visible and are in English language.

8. The sections concerning extra-curricular / co-curricular activities / leadership roles are not
mandatory, however beneficial for the consideration of your application. These details help
us to understand your interests outside of academics. Before filling-in the details, it is highly
recommended to prioritise up to top five mentions for each of the section.

9. The essay section is a must for the application form. All three questions are mandatory.
The essay questions have to be answered without any external help. The purpose is to be
able to get to know you better beyond the academic performance. It is a must that your essay
response must be original. If it is found to be plagiarised or copied, your application will be
rendered not-eligible. Instead of typing the essay directly in to the application form, it would be
a good idea to prepare it before hand in Ms*Word or similar such software tool. Once you are
satisfied with the outcome, you can copy the same in to the application form.

10. Your application is a mirror to you to help us understand about you. Please be
truthful and diligent. Attempt the entire application comprehensively. Check back your
responses to be free of errors. Be honest and have faith in the process. It is meant for you.
