• To prepare Excel based daily sales summary, recovery report & freezer

with the help of SAP.
• Expertise in Excel for the all the modules such as Accounts Payable,
Accounts Receivable, Cash
Management, General Ledger and Inventory Modules.
• Supervise parties Ledgers and its reconciliation.
• Market visits to verify company’s assets & receivables.
• Experienced in controlling Debtors & Creditors and preparation of
debtors & Creditors Outstanding list and reporting
to Management.
• To monitor daily cash Book & bank transactions.
• To prepare monthly payroll of staff & supervise salaries disbursement.
• Preparation of Bank reconciliation statement and maintain WHT record.
• Preparation of Zone wise distribution Cost.
• To deliver evaluation & comparison reports as required by management.
• Other tasks assigned by the management
