I am agreeing in the quotation. Quality is a product of our own intention it is what we
ought to do. For instance, in educational setting if we want to have a quality t e a c h i n g t h e n
w e h a v e t o c o n s i d e r a l o t o f t h i n g s , w e h a v e t o p r e p a r e , p l a n everything and
we have to execute it in a way it should be in order to achieve our intention and to have
the goal of having the quality. And we will be able to do this with motivation. If we have
motivation, we have direction and perseverance to achieve our goal.

2. "Happy are those who dream dreams and are willing to pay the price for their dreams
to come true"

As an individual, one of my philosophies in life is to do what makes us happy regardless of

the circumstances or the price of doing it. Because I believe that happiness is our
choice. Although it wasn’t easy to maintain the happy vibes, but if we make it as our goal
surely, we can be able to achieve it like a dream come true. Moreover, we dream of
things that will lead us to happiness and which make us as well to achieve it no matter what.
This motivation will be coming from ourselves, on how we handle things.
