DepEd eyes curriculum review, new facilities to improve PH education

Self-reflection

This information is important to us Filipinos especially to all stakeholders involve in education

system where encourage to improve the overall learning experience of our lifelong learners and perform
their outmost potential developing knowledge and skills by addressing present educational issues —
providing sufficient facilities and resources put in the curriculum also reviewing Philippines Professional
Standards for Teachers. From the report or studies its concretely evaluates and reflects the quality of
teaching and learning process line in Dep Ed where showed the country’s poor performance in math and
science tests (TIMSS, 2019). It becomes alarming in finding ways for a radical solution in learning needs
or gaps aims to stabilized and meet student's proficiency especially for the current concern in reading,
writing mathematics and science that increase focus in Basic Education.

I percept that it was necessarily to expect so much for teacher's competencies which interplays
great role when it comes to planning, implementing, and evaluating directs in their perspective
classroom and course discipline wherein our teachers acts curicularist themselves responsible for
development in their teaching crafts. Thus, Dep Ed, Higher Education, etc. must give emphasis on
teachers training and seminars persists globally competitiveness towards curriculum development.
