MINING SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL

PT. MANOOR BULATN LESTARI

PT. Manoor Bulatn Lestari is a company engaged in coal mining and is one of the
main incomes of the global coal market. In realizing the vision of becoming a
leading company in the mining sector, the management and employees of PT
Manoor Bulatn Lestari and its partners have the following commitments:

1. Prioritizing Safety, Occupational Health and Safety of Mining Operations in

accordance with K3LH guidelines as a means of eliminating the occurrence
of work accidents and mining accidents.
2. Implement best practices in managing the environment by preventing
avoidable impacts, conserving natural resources and reclaiming disturbed
land in accordance with its designation.
3. Identify hazards and assess risks of Safety, Occupational Health and Safety
of Mining Operations and the Environment in carrying out mining activities
to ensure their effective control.
4. Comply with laws and regulations and other requirements applicable in
Indonesia concerning Safety, Occupational Health, Mining Operational
Safety, and the Environment.
5. Implementation of Mining Safety Management System and Good Mining
Practice (GMP) to prevent asset damage and production stoped as well as
the creation of safe, efficient and effective weighing operations.
6. Produce coal products that meet customer requirements so that customer
satisfaction can be maintained and improved.
7. Carry out the prevention of the use and distribution of narcotics and illegal
drugs and the prevention of HIV-AIDS in the workplace.
8. Carry out periodic evaluations of the Safety, Occupational Health and
Safety programs of Mining Operations and the Environment.

This policy is aimed at the Management and employees of PT Manoor Bulatn
