Terms and Conditions

Promise to pay:

Within 36 months from today, borrower promise to pay the lender 3,130 PHP
per month by deduct the money automatically from your tied up account on every
10th of the month for the borrowing period.

Detail of Loan: Agree between “Borrower” and “Lender”

Amount of Loan: 90,000 PHP

Installment: 36 months
Monthly Repayment: 3,130 PHP
Interest rate 0.7%: 630 PHP/Month
Total Repayment: 112,680 PHP
Beneficiary Bank: Bank of Commerce

Notice:

1. The contract and document is have been processed by the Automate Contract and
Document (AI system) because we have to protect customer information from hacker.

2. The borrower shall repay the principal and interest within the period specified in
the contract. For the overdue portion, the lender is entitled to recover the loan and
collect 5% of the total amount due.
