    It is with great enthusiasm that I recommend the application of HANS MALGAPU


    for a slot in the 2018 UST CCCWLS National Writers Workshop.

    I had the opportunity to read the work of Mr. Malgapu for the literary contest
    Ustetika where he was adjudged honorable mention.

    For his collection Humans in Predicaments, he explores the interstices of living,


    pockets of experience that offer us a sense of wakefulness through a language
    that is both lucid and heartfelt.

    His acceptance to the workshop will further enhance his poetic gifts, guide him
    in the revision process and imbue in him a deeper appreciation of craft.
