4 Swallowing water whilst gargling If a person performing wudhu or
ghusl during fasting, rinses the nose and mouth without gargling, and in such a case some water accidently goes down, the fast is not broken. However, if whilst performing wudhu or ghusl the person draws up water into the nostrils or gargles, and water then goes down accidently the fast breaks. 5 Swallowing a fly Doesn’t break the fast

the head or comes up from the chest and could easily be removed by clearing the throat, then it is necessarily to remove such phlegm. In such a case if the phlegm is not removed, but swallowed the fast will be broken.
