HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR BEANS & MILK

Firstly, the way the beans are
ground affects the taste of your
cup of coffee.
If the beans are too finely ground,
the water won't flow through the
coffee at all, or it will drip through
too slowly and result in a bitter
taste.
How fresh the beans are and the
way they are roasted is also
important.
Great espresso comes from brewing
at an optimum temperature of
between 92°C and 98°C.
And then there's the milk.
Ideally, the milk should be
between 70°C and 80°C to bring
out the sweetness of the coffee.
Above 80°C, the milk gets burnt,
and your coffee will taste dull.

Coffee that is too coarsely ground

will taste sour.
