NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the 56th Annual General Meeting of the Malaysian Pharmacists Society will
be held on 20th May 2023 (Saturday) 10.00am (Venue and platform to be updated later).

All members who wish to attend must meet the following criterias:
a. Registered as a member or to renew membership by 11th May 2023
b. Registered to attend AGM by 18th May 2023, 05:00PM MYT

AGENDA

1. Call to order.
2. Establishment of Quorum
3. Opening Remarks by the President of MPS.
4. Adoption of Agenda
5. To confirm the Minutes of the 55th Annual General Meeting
6. Matters arising from thereof
7. To receive the Annual Report of the Society.
8. To receive the Statement of Accounts 2022 duly audited.
9. To discuss any other matters, notice of which shall be given to the Honorary Secretary at least 4 weeks
before the date of the meeting.
10. To carry out the election of the MPS Council 2023/2025

NOTE:
1. Members who wish to table any item(s) for discussion during the AGM are requested to submit their
proposal(s) to reach the Honorary Secretary by 22nd April 2023. Such notice shall be proposed by one
Ordinary or Life Member and seconded by at least one other Ordinary or Life Member.
(Note : Only members whose membership approved or active by 22nd April 2023 are allowed to
propose and to second resolutions)

2. Members attending AGM of Professional Society qualify for two CPE Points (under CPD Category B2).
