As per my study, it has been observed that there is no specific criticism on the
business of this organisation. It is good at planning & executing, customer
retaining, supply chain management, has rapport with its customers, banks as
well the employees. They have consistency, reliability and have more
transparency on their activities. They consider staff welfare as one of their
primary missions. As a result, 10 minutes of meditation programme is conducted
every morning & necessary services during their working hours are being
offered. It follows the principle of 6s’ such as Sort, Set in Order, Shine,
Standardise, Sustain & safety. Thus, it accounts for a peaceful, neat & clean
working environment.
14. CONCLUSION :

6) INFLATION
Decrease in the value of money. The value of money decreases year by year. In
India yearly 7.50% inflation is happening.
For Example: When a real estate (land) cost ₹300 in the year of 1930 and
currently the same real estate Costing ₹1.5 crore the increase in the value of
money is known as Inflation.
7) Types of Ways for Investment
● Gold ornaments
● Land
● Fixed Deposit
● Gold Coins
● Shares
● Bank
"There is Making Charge for Gold ornaments. So, we have risk of paying charge
for Gold. We also gain from gold coins but in 10% we get gold value from Gold is
9% Remaining 1% is may be Mixed up of copper, zinc, iron etc. for shaping the
gold... Therefore, investing in digital Gold is best.
"The Risk involved in land is there is no transparency Land is a liquidity so we
can't sale it at the time we want. But land have high values to and to gain profit
e.g., if a man buys a land for Rs.300 in 1980 and sell it in current year the value
of the Land had been increased he can sale land at more than Rs.3000000 ~The
Risk involved in Fixed deposit in bank are due to inflation or winding up of the
bank due to the poor shareholders are denied their benefits and they are not
able to withdraw their money. e.g., Nedungadi bank, Yes Bank, Lakshmi Vilas
Bank, also we gain only 5.50%interest.
"There is less risk in shares, Shares has the high benefits because there is
transparency in shares i.e., we can sell our shares according to our needs at any
time easily & we also receive the money earlier. Shares has the big return of
the investment money.
