6. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY :

This is an Internship Report which is prepared at “ZEBU SHARE AND WEALTH


MANAGEMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED” which encloses details of the work done and
the activities performed by me and has been trained in the sales department of
this organisation. As an internee, I did my internship in the field of sales
department, for a period of more than 80 hours, where I learned some
important procedures & doings along with their techniques. In this report, I have
disclosed an overview of the company and the departments associated within

13. CRITICAL ANALYSIS :

As per my study, it has been observed that there is no specific criticism on the
business of this organisation. It is good at planning & executing, customer
retaining, supply chain management, has rapport with its customers, banks as
well the employees. They have consistency, reliability and have more
transparency on their activities. They consider staff welfare as one of their
primary missions. As a result, 10 minutes of meditation programme is conducted
every morning & necessary services during their working hours are being
offered. It follows the principle of 6s’ such as Sort, Set in Order, Shine,
Standardise, Sustain & safety. Thus, it accounts for a peaceful, neat & clean
working environment.

14. CONCLUSION :

❖ The experience and knowledge during the internship at ZEBU SHARE AND
WEALTH MANAGEMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED was quite amazing. This
organisation has an excellent Environment, work culture, great minds and
delivers very high quality of work.
❖ During my internship I could see that the employees were really sincere,
lovely, work sharing, hardworking and very helpful.

❖ They abided by the rules and regulation of the organisation such as time
management, 6S Techniques (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise,
Sustain & Safety), Reading Company Policy and Staff welfare Meeting,etc.,

The process a business goes through in order to raise money. It is necessity for

2) DRHP

Decrease in the value of money. The value of money decreases year by year. In
India yearly 7.50% inflation is happening.

For Example: When a real estate (land) cost ₹300 in the year of 1930 and
currently the same real estate Costing ₹1.5 crore the increase in the value of
money is known as Inflation.

"There is risk involved in Every Investments”

"There is Making Charge for Gold ornaments. So, we have risk of paying charge
for Gold. We also gain from gold coins but in 10% we get gold value from Gold is
9% Remaining 1% is may be Mixed up of copper, zinc, iron etc. for shaping the
gold... Therefore, investing in digital Gold is best.
"The Risk involved in land is there is no transparency Land is a liquidity so we
can't sale it at the time we want. But land have high values to and to gain profit
e.g., if a man buys a land for Rs.300 in 1980 and sell it in current year the value
of the Land had been increased he can sale land at more than Rs.3000000 ~The
Risk involved in Fixed deposit in bank are due to inflation or winding up of the
bank due to the poor shareholders are denied their benefits and they are not
able to withdraw their money. e.g., Nedungadi bank, Yes Bank, Lakshmi Vilas
Bank, also we gain only 5.50%interest.
"There is less risk in shares, Shares has the high benefits because there is
transparency in shares i.e., we can sell our shares according to our needs at any
time easily & we also receive the money earlier. Shares has the big return of
the investment money.

● Demat Account
A demat account helps investors hold shares and securities in
an electronic format. This kind of account is also called a dematerialised
account.it is a share transaction. Demat accounts are maintained by two
depository organizations, the National Securities Depository Limited and the
Central Depository Services Limited.

A trading account can be any investment account containing
securities, cash or other holdings. There are 2 depository organization who

BSE.
