Ladies and gentlemen.... Today

I will talk about why  I think that
we should learn piano... Piano is
an amazing instrument to
play....... Aside from its beautiful
sound, it has a lot of benefits for
you..... There is a lot of hobbies
for you to do.... I have done
many hobbies before in my
life..... I play video games, I play
sports and much more..... But
piano is the one that I highly
recommend that you should learn
to play it..... Many people might
know some benefits of playing
pianos such as entertainment or
work opportunity...... But I have 3
interesting reasons that you
should learn piano including....
First, It develops your brain....
Second, It can help reduce stress
and depression..... And last, It
improves your concentration and
focus..... Ladies and gentlemen,
piano is good for you.....
The first reason that we should
learn piano is it develops your
brain..... Learning the piano
stimulates the two sides of the
brain to work simultaneously.....
The left side is responsible for
thinking, decision-making, and
movement.... Encourage you to
think critically about what you
play.....  Dr. Gordon Shaw
assumed that while playing the
piano..... The brain produces
thought nerve fibers to associate
visual images of fingers moving
around the key with the sound.....
The more you play. The more
your brain works. the faster you
learn..... After critically thinking
from the left side. The right side
is responsible for controlling
emotions, creativity, and
imagination to communicate
songs beautifully...... A study
from Lutz Jäncke, a psychologist
at the University of Zurich also
show that Learning to play an
instrument increases motor
control, listening and memory.
They impact ability to plan,
coordination, language skills, and
more.... There is Another expert
opinion from Anita Collins, an
assistant professor at the
University of Canberra.....  She
says that playing piano creates
strong brain activity in both sides,
which increases activity in the
corpus callossum which is the
bridge between left and right side
of the brain..... This allows
messages to cross both sides of
the brain through faster and more
diverse routes...... allows the
brain to solve problems more
effectively and creatively.....
Therefore learning piano
stimulates the work of both sides
of the brain, affecting both
physical and mental development
at the same time... Ladies and
gentlemen, piano is good for
you...
  The second reason that we
should learn piano is It can help
reduce stress and depression......
Many studies have shown that
playing piano reduces the levels
of hormone cortisol which is
associated with the damaging
effects of stress such as
hypertension and impaired
cognitive function.... A study from
Nara University of Education,
Japan has shown that Piano
playing reduces stress more than
other creative art activities.....
The cortisol levels were markedly
decreased after playing piano......
ดร. จิรภรณ์ อังวิทยาธร from Mahidol
university also says that playing
piano help reduce stress and
depression..... A study have
shown that piano reduce more
than 25 percent of depression, it
also treat insomnia aswell....
Another reseach by นิตยาภรณ์ มงคล
from national suicide prevention
Thailand have shown that
depressed patients have lower
stress and higher happiness
score after music therapy by
playing the piano.... Therefore
playing piano can reduce stress
and depression. Ladies and
gentlemen, piano is good for you.
The last reason that we should
learn piano is that It improves
your concentration and focus....
While playing the piano we need
to concentrate and focus on one
track as we read the notes and
move our hands... which requires
meditation.... Joanne Lipman
from the new york times says
that playing piano improves
concentration and focus because
while you play piano, you not
only have to focus on your 2
hands, you also have to focus on
the note, the tempo, the piano
pedal and more.... This improves
concentration and also
multitasking skills...... Dr.
Dorothea Herrmann also say that
Playing piano is a muti-level
concentration exercise.... And it
is really good because you are
doing something that you actually
enjoy.....  Another study by
Dr.Anita Collins also says that
playing a musical instrument
such as piano is an activity that
almost all brain areas are
simultaneously activated...
Children who play piano
generally  20-30 minutes each
day can enhances their ability to
concentrate..... Therefore playing
piano can improve concentration
and focus. Ladies and
gentlemen, piano is good for you.
 In conclusion, there are many
hobbies out there for you to
choose, even for music side
there still are many instrument to
choose from.... However highly
recommended you guys to learn
piano because it develops your
brain.... Learning the piano
stimulates the two sides of the
brain to work simultaneously.....
The next reason is that It can
help reduce stress and
depression...... Many studies
have shown that playing piano
reduces the levels of hormone
cortisol which is associated with
the damaging effects of stress....
And the last reason is that It
improves your concentration and
focus...... While playing the piano
we need to concentrate and
focus on one track as we read
the notes and move our hands....
This is why I highly recommend
that we should learn piano....
Ladies and gentlemen, piano is
good for you. Thank you for
