Over the course of my career, I have worked in various leadership roles within the international
development sector, overseeing complex projects and driving positive change. I hold a Bachelors from
United States International University Kenya, which has provided me with a strong foundation in the
principles of development and project management.

Throughout my 3years of experience, I have successfully managed and implemented projects funded by
international organizations and government agencies, ensuring their alignment with established goals
and objectives. I have a proven track record of driving results, building and leading high-performing
teams, and fostering effective partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.
At my current role as Director of Production, I have been responsible for overseeing multimillion-dollar
programs. I have developed and executed strategic plans, managed budgets and resources, and
monitored and evaluated project performance against key indicators. By leveraging my expertise in
strategic planning and program management, I have consistently delivered high-quality outcomes while
maintaining compliance with donor requirements and regulations.

Additionally, I possess a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges associated with
development work in diverse cultural and socio-economic contexts. I have a strong ability to adapt to
different environments, build relationships with local partners and communities, and navigate through
political and social landscapes to achieve sustainable results. My experience has allowed me to develop
strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills, enabling me to effectively engage with
stakeholders and facilitate collaboration and cooperation.
