You’ll Need...

- any out of state pro w ssn & dob

- Proxies (911.re) or fresh burner that u register using a AZ zip code so it will have a AZ #
- drop with AN/RN (major banks going, Chime refunds if name doesn't match, and Cashapp is
50/50)

!!!! IMPORTANT!!!!

- use only 1-3 proxies per UE account or only 1 device per UE

- having multiple UE's on 1 device or proxy will flag & trigger a manual review
- don't use a VPN!! this will 100% clip the play. if anything, use a VPN before connecting to the
Proxy or if u using a fresh burner device, just use straight LTE

Steps....

1) start proxy thats in AZ (skip this if u using a fresh burner)

2) clear browser history, cookies, cache, etc
3) go to Whoer.net make sure it says 100% & scroll down and make sure its in AZ
4) go to fakenamegenerator.com > sex of your pro > switch to region > Arizona > Generate
5) save the Generated Address wherever u have ur pro information
6) go to Google, search "AZ pandemic Unemployment" > click first link
7) Scroll down > File a PUA Claim > Next screen hit "File PUA CLaim"
8) Fill SSN > Eligibility Questions all "No"
9) Make User + Password + Security Questions & save this info cause you'll need it in the future
10) Zip put the Zip u generated from step 4 > Email use a burner email > Demo Information put
DOB & Gender of Pro > Do Captcha then hit Next
11) Put First & Last Name > Next
12) Residential address put the one you generated > Mailing address tick "Use Residential
Address" > Next
13) Phone numbers put anything, doesn't have to be real but make it look legit (Dont put
999-999-9999, etc) > Mobile Phone > Next
14) Notification > Internal Message > Next
15) Citizenship > Citizen of US > No I do not have a disability > Next
16) Education > At least HS or a degree (make this different for every pro)
17) Employment status > Not working > Next
18) Employment status > Yes, Yes, No, No > Next
19) Major Disaster Information > Yes, Arizona, Covid 19 > Self Certification - No, No, No, any
date before 4/01 but after 2/01, No, Yes, No, No, No, Yes I understand > Next
20) Ethnic Origin > Put whatever > Next
21) Payment Information > Put ur AN/RN of Drop > Payment Deductions - No > Next
22) Pandemic UE Assistance > Next
23) If u using a Out of State pro employment history will be empty > Additional Employment
History - No, Ok > Next > Yes, I want to file this claim > Next
 24) Check All Boxes > Next > Next. If everything is good, it will say "Welcome" on the next screen
25) Under Unemployment services > "File for Weekly Benefits" > "File Your Weekly Certification
To Continue Your Claim" > Next > Check Mark Box > Next > Contact Information - Next >

26) Major Disaster Information > Breadwinner > Yes I Understand > Next
27) Answers will be Yes, No, No, No, No, No, Yes, No, No
28) Double check on the Summary Page that you answered the questions correctly. The only Yes
should for "Other than for reasons that were the direct result of the disaster/pandemic, were you able and
available to go to work during the week?" and "Were you still unemployed as a direct result of this
disaster/pandemic?" the rest should be No.
29) Check Box > Next. If you did everything correctly it will say "You should expect to be paid this
week"
30) You will need to do the rest of the remaining weeks so hit "Yes I would like to continue" and
just repeat steps 26-29
31) Once you're done, On "My Dashboard" go to "Claims Summary". If it says "No" under Claims
Under Review & Unresolved Issues, it's lit.
32) Will usually take 2-3 business days from the day they send it out. Under "Weekly Benefit
Certifications" Benefit Pay Date will change from "In Progress" to the day they send it and it will hit in 2-3
biz days.
33) Every week on Sunday, come back and do steps 25-29 again for another $700 per UE
account.
