It may please be noted that Railway Board has given clear directives that no excess over and above the revised grant should be incurred and railways must regulate the progress of expenditure in this regard. “The Final Modification Estimates for 2021-22 in respect of Revenue Demands are required to be submitted to Railway Board by 2" week of February 2022. Hence, please arrange to submit the FM estimates of your unit to this of fice on or before 07.02.2022, It may please be noted that the Revised Grant 21-22 will be projected as Final Modification in case of non-receipt of the same. While framing FM Estimates, efforts may please be taken to restrict the requirements at the level of Revised Grant and only inescepable requirements for the remaining months, viz., Feb. 22 & March 22 be accommodated, duly absorbing the actual till date. The expenditure to be booked under PUs 72, 73, 74 & 75 should be assessed and compulsorily projected in the FM estimates. The Revised Grant carries specific allotments under these Primary units, based on which further requirements should be projected by the units.
