The case record is put up before the court, after hearing the Ld. Counsel of the complainant for

an order on the point of issuance of process against the accused. Perused the case record. On

perusal this court finds that the instant complaint petition u/s

147,148,323,341,379,354,504,506 of I.P.C has been filed on dated 25.01.2023 by the

complainant, Chunni Devi, against the accused persons 1. NITISH RISHI 2. URMILA DEVI

3. PAWAN RISHI 4. MANGAN RISHI 5. SUDHIR RISHI 6. DILIP RISHI.

On perusal of record this court finds that the complainant has filed a withdrawal petition on

dated 31.03.2023 which states that the case has been compromised and settled by both the

parties outside the court and that she does not want to proceed with the case and wants to

withdraw her complaint petition. Therefore, this court on perusal of complaint petition and the

withdrawal petition filed by the complainant, finds that there are no reason to proceed with the

trial and the complainant himself wants to withdraw with the case against the accused namely

1. NITISH RISHI 2. URMILA DEVI 3. PAWAN RISHI 4. MANGAN RISHI 5. SUDHIR

RISHI 6. DILIP RISHI. There is no sufficient material on record to make out prima facie case

and proceed further against the complaint named accused persons. Holding above view this

very complaint case is hereby dismissed u/s- 203 Cr.P.C.

O/C is directed to consign the record in record room as per law.
