NBSL DOOR OPERATOR SYSTEM

Made in their factory in India

Door operators having closed loop system with motor and encoder assures precise speed and position
control. High end inverter-based door operators ensure efficient and intelligent door operation. With
nominal closing impact it assures less wear and tear with long life span and smooth operation. The close
loop system recalibrates the system when there is mechanical interference on the doors and controls the
position of door movement settings thereafter for accurate and smooth door operation. The robust
coupling ensures reliable functioning.

Controllers are the heart and machines are the

soul of every elevator and must be optimally
coordinated to operate in perfect harmony: the
motor and its control technology. Elevator
technology from NCN offers key advantages of
precise configuration to always provide safety
and reliability.

MRL controller combines VVVF drive unit,

control board, rescue function and electrical
components as a lift control unit.

SPEED GOVERNOR

The most important safety mechanism in an

elevator is the speed governor.

The is a device specifically designed to stop the

lift if it runs beyond the prescribed speed.The
speed of a moving elevator is constantly
monitored by the governor through the rope
attached to it.The moment it exceeds the set
speed limits, first an electrical switch will trip
and cut the power to the elevator. If the
elevator continues to descend after this, a
mechanical lock will stop the lift progressively
to prevent a free fall. It is imperative to install
this device while designing a lift to ensure the
safety of the users. NCN ensures that this
safety device is designed using finest grade
metal to sustain the heavy weight of the
elevator.

The overload mechanism ensures the number

of passengers as per lift capacity. In case of
overcapacity, audiovisual alarm gives warning,
doors do not close until the load comes to
permissible limit. Highly efficient and reliable

PASSENGER SAFETY

High performance infrared door detectors

provide maximum safety with outstanding
reliability. The infrared beams act as an invisible
safety curtain across the entrance. The door
detectors in form of full height curtain detects
the obstruction across the door and immediately
makes the doors retract. Designed suitable for
dusty environment and not sensitive to external
noise signals.
