Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances

stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay all coercive proceedings against telecom infrastructure
situated in Resurvey Survey No.460/1B of Vadanapilly Village covering
building bearing No.VI 35 A of Vadanapilly Panchayat as per Exhibit P5
notice till disposal of this writ petition.

This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
24-11-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.P.PAULOCHAN ANTONY,
Advocate for the petitioner, DEPUTY SOLICITOR GENERAL OF INDIA for R1 and
R4 and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R2 and R3, the court passed the
following:

ORDER

Await service of notice. Post next week. Interim order is extended

by six weeks.
