COMPLAINANTS-APPELLEES, through undersigned counsel, to

this Honorable Board respectfully states that:

1. The undersigned respectfully enters his appearance as

counsel for COMPLAINANTS-APPELLEES in the above-
entitle case. Thus, it is respectfully requested and
prayed that all summons, notices, orders and other
processes of the Honorable Board relating to the
herein case be sent to the undersigned in the address
indicated below his name.

2. Further, it is hereby manifested to the Honorable

Board that COMPLAINANTS-APPELLEES secured the services
of the undersigned counsel still sometime on the third
week of October, 2007 wherein copy of ORDER of this
Honorable Board dated September 11, 2007 requiring
COMPLAINANTS-APPELLEES to submit Comment/Answer was
handed to the undersigned counsel;

3. The Motion to vacate Judgement filed by the

Respondents-Appellants was only made for dilatory
tactics.
 WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully
prayed to the Honorable Office that the undersigned counsel’s
entry of appearance be admitted and that an additional ten (10)
days, counted from this day, within which period Respondent
shall submit her Counter-Affidavit together with all the
documents and papers pertinent to her defense be granted in
favor of the Respondent.

Such other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed

for.
