EXTRAJUDICIAL ADJUDICATION OF PROPERTY

WITH SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this instrument is made and entered into by ALEJANDRO

CANILANG, of legal age, married to Rosita M. Mangawang and resident
of Poblacion, Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat, Philippines, do hereby;

DECLARE and MAKE MANIFEST

That he is the half brother of the late NARCISO LUMAHAN and

ALFREDO LUMAHAN (Landowner and Administrator, respectively, of the
hereunder-described property, since 1985) who died sometime 1987 an
1989, respectively, at Luzon with no known offspring/heirs: who died
intestate at Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat, they, being his surviving
children;

That during their lifetime, they are the registered owner and
administrator, respectively, of a parcel of land given by his fathr
in 1985 but remained in his possession because said half brothers
returned to Luzon, and which is more particularly described as
follows:

“Lot no. 489, Cad-153, situated at Akot, Palimbang,

Sultan Kudarat, containing an area of THREE (3)
HECTARES, more or less, bounded on the NE by lot 190-
GSS-279; on the SE by lot 49-part; on the SW by lot 489-
Part; an on the NW by Lot 489-part; declared for
taxation Under ARP NO. 00055;”

That pursuant to the Provisions of Rule 74 of the Revised Rules

of Court and subject to the limitation therein particularly Sec. 1
thereof, I hereby ADJUDICATE the above-described property UNTO
MYSELF.
SALE

That, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY

THOUSAND (P150,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, receipt of which
in full is hereby acknowledged by me to my entire satisfaction from
NONITO MIRADOR BATARA married to Jhonna Rodriguez Batara, do hereby
SELL, TRANSFER AND CONVEY his share on the above-described parcel of
land, together with all his rights, interests and participation over
the above-mentioned parcel of land including all of the improvements
existing thereon to the VENDEE, NONITO MIRADOR BATARA, his heirs,
executors, successors and assigns.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, these presents are signed by themselves on

this ______th day of ________________ 2006, at Palimbang, Sultan
Kudarat.
