PROPERTY WITH SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That this EXTRAJUDICIAL ADJUDICATION is made and entered
into by and between: CARMELITA V. PARAJES, DARIOS V. PARAJES,
RENATO V. PARAJES & MARINELLA PARAJES APIL, all Filipinos, of
legal age and residents of Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat,
Philippines, do hereby;

DECLARE and MAKE MANIFEST

That we are the surviving heirs of late RAMON PARAJES who

died intestate at Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat, we, being his wife
and surviving children;
That at the time of his death, the deceased left real
property, which is more particularly described as follows, to
wit:
“A parcel of land designated as lot no. 501-A, Cad-
12-003607, situated at Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat,
containing an area of FIVE POINT SIX EIGHT FIFTY NINE
(5.6859) hectares or FIFTY SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
FIFTY NINE (56,859), square meters, more or less,
bounded on the North East, A1-5-6-7 by lots 503 & 521;
on the South East, A1-7-1 by 501-B; on the South West,
A1-1-2-3 by 501-C & 501-G; and on the North West, A1-3-
4-5 by 502; which parcel of land is covered by Original
Certificate of Title No. P-13487; and is assessed under
No. 2882 in the name of HRS. of RAMON PARAJES.”

That no personal properties are involved in this

Extrajudicial Adjudication:
That to the best of our knowledge and information the
deceased left no debts;
That we, being all of legal age and with full civil capacity
to contract, hereby agree to divide and adjudicate the
aforementioned real property among ourselves in equal and
proportionate shares;

SALE
That however, we, CARMELITA V. PARAJES, DARIOS V. PARAJES,
RENATO V. PARAJES & MARINELLA PARAJES APIL, for and in
consideration of the sum of FORTY FIVE THOUSAND (P45,000.00)
PESOS, Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged in full and to our entire satisfaction from SARBIYA
D. TAUSING, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of Brgy.
Poblacion, Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat, HEREBY CEDE, TRANSFER and
CONVEY by way of sale portion of the above-mentioned parcel of
land, in favor of SARBIYA D. TAUSING particularly described as
follows:
“TWO HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE (225), Square Meters, (15 x
15) more or less, portion of the above-mentioned parcel of
land designated as lot no. 501-A, Cad-12-003607, situated
at Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat.

 NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing
premises and invoking the provisions of Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the
Rules of Court, WE, CARMELITA V. PARAJES, DARIOS PARAJES, RENATO
PARAJES & MARINELLA PARAJES APIL, adjudicate unto ourselves the
above-mentioned real estate of the late RAMON PERAJES, subject
however, to the liabilities imposed by Section 4, Rule 74 of the
Rules of Court in favor of other possible heirs, persons or
creditors who might have been deprived of their lawful
participation over the estate of the said deceased person for a
period of two (2) years.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, these presents are signed by ourselves
