ABSOLUTE TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This instrument executed by----
MELITONA CATIPAY, Filipino, of legal age, widow and a resident of Brgy. Conel,
General Santos City, Philippines hereinafter referred to as the TRANSFEROR;
-in favor of-

MARY GRACE G. AGUE, Filipino, of legal age, widow, and a resident of Brgy.
Carpenter Hill, Koronadal City, South Cotabato, Philippines hereinafter referred to as
the TRANSFEREE;

WITNESSETH

That for and in consideration of the sum of SIX THOUSAND PESOS (P6,000.00)
Philippine Currency, receipt of which amount is hereby acknowledged to the full satisfaction by
the TRANSFEROR from the TRANSFEREE, the TRANSFEROR hereby sells, cedes, transfers
and conveys in a manner that is absolute all her rights, interests, participations over that certain
parcel of land which is more properly described as follows, to wit:

“EIGHTY FOUR (84) SQUERE METERS, more or less portion of

Lot No. 1275-B-5, situated at Brgy. Carpenter Hill, Koronadal
City, and South Cotabato and covered by TAX DECLARATION
NO. 02 099”

in favor of the TRANSFEREE, her heirs, successors, interests and assigns free from liens and
encumbrances;

That the TRANSFEROR warrants the peaceful possession of the TRANSFEREE of the
above-described property and binds herself to render free from damages the TRANSFEREE
from the lawful claims of third persons whomsoever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, WE have hereunto set our hands this 26th day of March,
2014 at Koronadal City, South Cotabato, Philippines.
