Outline
Reporting to the Administrator, l was responsible for junior managers and a team
of four staff to manage an annual turnover of $30m.
Key Responsibilities:
Developed new procedures and protocols that have been replicated across
the entire organization
Identified operational shortfalls and developed financial systems to close
discrepancies
Recording and categorizing expenses and preparing financial reports
Monitoring Spending and budgets
Analyzing financial data so as to recommend ways to help the organization
run proficiently
Taking care of tax returns, PAYE & P4 Listings and making sure they are
paid in time to ensure compliance with government and local authority.
Key Achievements
Quick and informed decisions were made since reports were provided on
time
SBUs were established to increase revenue and in the end, they were
contributing 20% to our yearly total revenue.
