1) This Certificate of Insurance is only a Summary of Cover. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for full details. The Insured acknowledges his /her acceptance of the above Terms and
Conditions. It is very important that you read the Policy Wordings carefully before you travel and make sure you understand exactly “what is covered” and “what is not covered”, and what
to do if you need to claim. This travel insurance is underwritten by Orient Insurance PJSC with services provided by NEXTCARE Claims Management L.L.C.

2) The cover provided under "Section 1 Medical and Related Benefits ” includes Person Insured being diagnosed with COVID ’19 subject to Policy Terms & Conditions

3) This Inbound Policy is for Non-UAE residents entering the United Arab Emirates with a Valid Visa only .

4) Policy needs to be purchased by the Policy holder(s) prior to their departure for United Arab Emirates .

5) If your date of entry into the UAE changes from the Policy Start Date shown on the Certificate of Travel Insurance, your Policy Start Date will automatically be amended to start from the
date you entered the UAE (as stamped on your passport) and run for the same duration as the Original Policy Period in this certificate, provided you enter the UAE within 60 days from
the Policy Start Date shown in this certificate.

6) Coverage is extended automatically up to 10 days from the Policy End Date to coincide with the visa grace period allowed by the local authorities.

7) This Inbound Policy can be extended one time, if required, due to extension of visit/tourist visa, upon prior request and payment of additional premium.
Please contact us @ orient.travelinsurance@alfuttaim.com or your Travel Insurance facilitator , atleast 1 week prior to the expiry of your current policy for us to review and advise.
Further, extension is not applicable if the member has already stayed over 180 days in a single trip from the entry date.
