I hereby confirm and warrant that -

a. I hereby declare that all the information provided by me/us in this application form is true and correct in all
respects and I have not withheld/concealed any information whatsoever.
b. I have read & understood the contents which is mentioned in English. The applicant further confirms that he/she
has accepted to receive all the future correspondence about this loan in the English language.
c. I hereby confirm that there has/was never been an award or an order or proceeding or adverse judgment or
decree in a Court case involving breach or contract, tax malfeasance or other serious misconduct which shall
adversely affect my/our ability to repay the Loan.
d. I have never been a defaulter with HERO FINCORP LTD or any bank or any other financial institution or any
non banking financial company.
e. I hereby authorize HERO FINCORP LTD or its associates or its authorized representatives or any third party
agent(s) of HERO FINCORP LTD to verify the details furnished/to be furnished by me/us for the purpose of the
Loan from HERO FINCORP LTD.
f. I have never been adjudicated insolvent.
g. I hereby undertake to inform HERO FINCORP LTD regarding change in my
occupation/employment/residential details/contact details and to provide further information that HERO
FINCORP LTD may require.
h. I hereby confirm to pay processing and other charges as applicable and charged by HERO FINCORP LTD
i. You may please credit all sums received by you either or all against my name and that the funds shall only be
used for the specific purpose as mentioned in the application form.
j. I authorize HERO FINCORP LTD to make enquiries with any finance company/bank/registered credit
bureau/repository of credit history/ or similar for KYC information verification, credit risk analysis, or for other
related purposes that the HERO FINCORP LTD may deem fit. My privilege of privacy and privity of contract
with regards the subject matter of my arrangement is expressly waived. I also confirm that the HERO FINCORP
LTD reserves the right to retain photograph(s) and document(s) submitted.
k. In case of loan cancellation/pre-closure, I will be fully responsible and bear the accrued interest and cancellation
charges applicable as per HERO FINCORP LTD policy
l. I hereby accept, confirms and consents for the disclosure and sharing of information in relation to my Loan by
HERO FINCORP LTD to any third party including but not limited to private entities, government or regulatory
bodies or any other body as HERO FINCORP LTD may decide, from time to time.
m. I shall indemnify HERO FINCORP LTD against any loss or damage (which HERO FINCORP LTD may suffer) as
a result of any action/claim raised by such institutions or any third party for making reference, conducting
investigations and/or making disclosures in terms of the preceding clause.
n. I understand and agree that the processing fees and administrative fees are non-refundable and my/our
application being rejected by HERO FINCORP LTD for any reason whatsoever, or the same being withdrawn by
me, I shall not be entitled for refund of the same either, in part or in full.
o. I have no objection to HERO FINCORP LTD, its group companies, agents/representatives to provide me/us
information on various products, offers and services provided by HERO FINCORP LTD /its group companies
through any mode and authorize HERO FINCORP LTD, its group companies, agents/ representatives for the
above purpose.
p. I further agree to receive SMS alerts/emails/letters etc. related to my application status and account activities as
well as product use messages that HERO FINCORP LTD and/or its group companies will send, from time to
time on my/our mobile no/emails/letters etc as mentioned in this application form.
q. I confirm that laws in relation to the unsolicited communications referred in “National Do Not Call Registry” as
laid down by “Telecom Regulatory Authority of India” will not be applicable for such information
/communication to me/us.
r. I will not hold the HERO FINCORP LTD or its agents or representatives responsible under any circumstances
whatsoever in case my application is rejected.
s. I hereby give my consent and authorize HERO FINCORP LTD to verify my identity details through Unique
Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) through all of the modes of authentication as per the rules and
 regulations in relation to such authentication or such other Authority as may be regulated from time to time. I
authorize HERO FINCORP LTD to send my information to UIDAI or such other authority as may be regulated
from time to time for authentication through any of the modes of authentication as per the rules and regulations
in relation to such other authentication.
t. I confirm having received read & understood the terms and conditions and also hereby accept that the HERO
FINCORP LTD may change the terms and conditions at any time. I also agree to abide by all the terms and
conditions of all the related agreement(s). I also confirm that all my questions, doubts and queries with regards
the loan have been answered to my satisfaction and properly explained to me; which fact I shall no question,
doubt or dispute at any future date/event.

I/we hereby authorize SimplyCash (Android Application Platform) for processing this Application Form with HERO
FINCORP LTD on my behalf and undertake to provide all papers in original required for any clarification to the
HERO FINCORP LTD.
