Lipogems’ people alongside Physicians and Surgeons

aim to improve Patient’s life all over the world
providing innovative Technologies and Medical solutions.
LIPOGEMS® system is a disposable device for
liposuction, processing and adipose tissue
reinjection.

Procedure takes place in a single surgical time.

It’s a disposable device that progressively reduces

adipose tissue clusters size, washing completely
pro-infiammatory oil and blood debrids through a
minimal manipulation “free enzyme” in a aseptic
closed system completely prefilled by room tempe-
rature physiological solution.

LIPOGEMS® product is a non-expanded and microfractured fat

tissue ready for autologous settings.

The non-expanded LIPOGEMS® product shows a remarkably preser-

ved stromal vascular fraction (SVF) with slit-like capillaries wedged
between adipocytes and stromal stalks with evident vascular lumina,
harboring a significantly higher percentage of mature pericytes and
hMSCs.

LIPOGEMS® product promotes natural regeneration process of

tissues, finding application in many diseases.

Areas of application:
• Coloproctology
• Gynecology
• Orthopedics
• Otolaryngology
• Plastic aesthetic and reconstructive surgery
• Urology
• Vulnology

INFILTRATION / ANESTHESIA
Saline solution containing adrenaline and lidocaine is injected in the
subcutaneus adipose tissue with a specific disposable cannula (17g).

LIPOSUCTION
Liposuction is performed by a special progressive stop 60 cc vaclok
or 10cc luer lock siringes connected to a 19 cm 13g aspirating
cannula with 5 oval holes at the end of the cannula.

STEP 1
Connect the tube of the blue filter to the bag of the salin solution.
Turn the device positioning the grey filter upward.
Open both tubes.
Fill the device with saline solution holding it vertical and once it is full,
close both tubes.

STEP 2
Turn the device positioning the blue filter upward.
Close the tube of the blue filter and open the tube of the grey filter.
Connect the syringe containing lipoaspirate to the valve of the blue filter.
Push lipoaspirate into the device through the blue filter.

STEP 3
Open both tubes to allow the continuos flow of saline solution.
The lipoaspirate introduced into the device is subjected to a kind of “shaking” while the action
of stainless steel spheres further emulsifies and microfragments the lipoaspirate.
When the saline solution looks completely clear; stop of “shaking” and close both tubes.

STEP 4
Connect two luerlock syringes to the two filters ( blue and grey ) to allow LIPOGEMS®
tissue extraction.
Turn the device with the grey filter upward.
Open the tube of the blue filter.
Withdraw 10cc of saline solution throught the syringe connected to the blue filter.
Close the tube of the blue filter.

.
STEP 5
Hold vertical the device with grey filter upward.
Acting on the syringe connected to the blue filter, push 10cc of saline
solution into the device to allow LIPOGEMS® tissue to flow through
the grey filter into the connected syringe.

LIPOGEMS® TISSUE IS NOW READY TO BE USED IN THE SPECIFIC

AREAS OF APPLICATION.
