My Camping Trip

            Camping means spending time in nature and doing a wide variety of activities.

As it was the first time, I  was happy to go. We started our journey as early at 7.00 am

with a bus which took only 15 minutes away from school.

            The moment we arrived, we had to hike through the forest to the camp area. As

we were busy walking, I can feel the fresh air the whole way up. Once we arrived at

the camp site, the teacher put us into 4 teams. The camp site was just  near the river.

We pitched our tent and started to cook. I never cooked rice before, and it was

overcooked. But we still ate because we were so hungry. I did a lot of activities such

as went fishing, making useful camp tools and how to live in the forest. At night, we

had our dinner. After dinner, we were playing some games and sang a song. We had so

much fun that night.

            The next morning, we packed our things and started our journey home. As for

me, I am happy to join the camping and be part of the team.
