satyam pattern
written test:
note: students are advised to attempt only those question which they
are confident and which can be solved in less time only as there is
1/4th negative marking. the maximum cutoff would be 6. so, please do not
attempt all the questions using flukes, as there may be an upper cutoff
at times.
group discussion:
1.clarity of thought:
here they will check whether the candidate is aware of the topic or
he/she is deviating from the topic.
3.communication skills:
generally the candidates thinks that good communication skills means
using high frequency words and slang .these are not the considerations ,
they will check whether they are giving the points with good sentence
formation and giving the points continuously without any gaps or not.
interview:
1.basic concepts:
2.ability to grasp:
they will test the candidate whether he/she is able to grasp the new
task or not .if they will give any new task you will be able to do that
one.
3.communication skills:
they will observe the way you react and the way you are answering with
good sentence formation, continuously without any gaps or thinking for
more time. this is mainly considered in the hr point of view.
4.achievement orientation:

hello everyone,
after written they hd selected 495 out of which only 23 r mca's rest all r
enginerring students.

2nd round:

they made groups of 10.
our topic:indian education vs. foreign education.
from our group 8 got selected, its really unbelivable.
just remain calm and boldely give ur points.
three are with indian nd all others r with foregin.
the lady who is watching us even stopped us in between twice once for not to look
at her nd secondly asked us why we are fighting, bt finally she had given gud
results 8 out of 10 raelly awesome.
219 out of 495 in total.

then we filled the form which they hd given us.fill that properly bcz in interview
they asked a lot from that.
interview :
it was a general talk.
the panel which interviewed me hv a female(hr) and male(technical).they are really
too cool and soft spoken.

interviewer:wht is a data base.

me:i don't know exactly wat to tell in this i asked should i tell u three schema

interviewer:no, i m asking u integrity.........ok leave it wat is a foreign key?
