Forestry in Indonesia.

Current status of CF  The target of Social Forestry in Indonesia as national project is 12,7
program Million ha untill 2028. Social forestry in Indonesia allocated by PIAPS
with an area 14,8 Million Ha.
 Social forestry in Indonesia already achieved 5,1 Million ha and
involved 1,1 million of household.
 SF Program in Indonesia. Social Forestry in Indonesia is targeted to
have economic transactions of 1.2 trillion rupiah in 2023.
Current status of CF  Indonesia have developed information system of Social Forestry
information called “goKUPS”.

MoEF.
 goKUPS data inputed by other system automatically and facilitator at
the floor.

Key problems or  KUPS basic data is incomplete.

issues in CF  The process of updating data is still inconsistent, include data of
information economic transactrion value.
management systems  The data validation method at the regional level is not optimal.
 Integration with other information systems still found bug.
 Data updates can only be done via the web interface.

Key objectives  Monitoring and Evaluation tool.

Expected outcomes  Make goKUPS as decision making support system on social forestry.
