    Dear Hiring Manager,

    I am writing to express my interest in joining Assegaf Hamzah & Partners Law Firm
    (“AHP”) as a Dispute Resolution Associate. As an experienced lawyer with the key
    experience in drafting, legal research, analysis, negotiation, litigation, and representation,
    I am well prepared to surpass your expectations.

    Currently, I have experiences with a specialized focus on dispute resolution sector,


    general corporate sector, intellectual property sector. I believe my experience ensure
    outstanding representation and service to prevent and protect local and international
    clients from any potential cases facing by all AHP clients.

    My qualifications and experience include the following:

    1. Research all laws and regulations related to the cases.


    2. Drafting and submitting all documents to district court, high court, supreme court,
    police department, prosecutor, manpower office and others institution and/or
    association.
    3. Negotiate all materials to prevent the disputes facing by clients.
    4. Reviewing all documents received from clients during the dispute settlement.
    5. Analysing probable disputes or all loophole to argue the dispute materials facing by
    clients.
    6. Demonstrating persistence, persuasion, leadership, and superior communication
    skills to interact effectively with team and clients to provide an excellent level of
    service.
    In turn, I believe that my academic and professional credentials would make me a valuable
    addition to AHP, and I look forward to the opportunity of putting my experience to work on
    behalf of the firm.
