Coating & Wrapping Report for DFT Project

The report summarizes the coating and wrapping of joints 3, 4, 5, and 6 of the 20-inch AGO-001-1C1 pipeline for the new Kot tie in project. The surface was prepared using hand tool cleaning. The joints were coated with a black bitumen primer D with a batch number of PR-D02060 and coating thickness of 75 microns. The coating was wrapped with a first layer of Denso CPT 1000 and a second layer of Denso PVC HD with a 55% overlap. A visual inspection found the coating and wrapping to be acceptable.
