SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

SPACES CAN BE LIKE A SHOPPING AREA, INTERACTIVE SPACES,


DEFINED OPEN AREA FOR IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES, EATRIES, ETC. A
SPACE WHERE ONE CAN RELAX AND SPEND TIME DURING THE DAY.

LIFESTYLE WITH LIVE SIZED FIGURES TO

INFORMAL SEATING AREA
ACCORDING TO MY CONCEPT I TRIED TO CREATE A PLAYFUL AND FULLY
ACCESSIBLE SEATING AREA. SO I BUILT THESE STEPS WITH IFFERENT WIDTHS
AND HEIGHTS. IT CAN BE ACCESSED BY BOTH SIDES. THE CIRCLES ARE PLACES
WHERE WE CAN KEEP MOVEABLE INFORMAL SEATING FOR STUDENTS. Eg - BEAN
BAGS.

WORKING SPACE
HERE I HAVE CREATED A WORKING SPACE WITH FREE STANDING WALLS WALLS WHICH
HAS ATTACHED CONCRETE SEATINNG AND TABLE. THE FREE STANDING WALL WOULD
CONTAIN CHARGING POINTS. IT IS ORIENTED IN SUCH A WAY THAT COOL BBREEZE FROM
THE WATERBODY WILL FLOW THROUGH IT AND REACH THE CANTEEN AREA.

RECREATIONAL AREA
RECREATIONAL AREA HAS A TWO STEPPED AMPHITHEATRE WITH SEATING IN THE
CENTRE AND SURROUNDED BY TREES. IT HAS CIRCULAR CONCRETE AND ROCK SEATING
AND IS LOCATED AT THE END OF THE SITE, SO IT IS A SILENT AND PLESANT.

WELLNESS ARCHITECTURE FOCUSES ON DESIGNING BUILT ENVIRONMENTS


THAT PROMOTE THE WELL-BEING OF OCCUPANTS.
IT INTEGRATES PRINCIPLES OF BIOPHILIA, NATURAL LIGHT, AIR QUALITY, AND
ACOUSTICS TO CREATE HEALTHIER INDOOR SPACES.
WELLNESS ARCHITECTURE INCORPORATES ELEMENTS SUCH AS GREEN SPACES,
OUTDOOR VIEWS, AND ACCESS TO NATURE TO ENHANCE MENTAL AND
EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING.
IT EMPHASIZES SUSTAINABLE DESIGN PRACTICES TO MINIMIZE THE IMPACT ON
THE ENVIRONMENT AND PROMOTE A HEALTHIER PLANET.
ULTIMATELY, WELLNESS ARCHITECTURE AIMS TO CREATE SPACES THAT
SUPPORT PHYSICAL HEALTH, MENTAL CLARITY, AND OVERALL COMFORT FOR
THE PEOPLE WHO INHABIT THE

SITE ANALYSIS
THE SITE IS LOCATED AT VAJRESHWARI, BHIWANDI IN THE STATE OF
MAHARASHTRA. THE INTENTION OF CHOOSING THIS SITE IS THE PRESENCE
OF THE HOT WATER SPRINGS. AS THEY CURE VARIOUS SKIN DISEASES AND
WOULD BE A POINT OF ATTRACTION FOR THE WELLNESS CENTRE. IT WOULD
ALSO GENERATE EMPLOYMENT FOR THE VILLAGERS. AS COMPARED TO
GANESHPURI, THERE IS NO DEVELOPMENT NEAR THESE SPRINGS AND ARE
NOT PROPERLY MAINTAINED.
