Bullsbrook Townsite Land Use [Vlaster Pla n 2AL4 (City of Swan)

The Bullsbrook Townsite Land Use Master Plan is a strategy for the future development of the tsull-
sbrook townsite and provides guidance for accommodating a population of 26,483 in 2036.
The Master Plan covers an area of 1,756 ha, of which 526ha is residential, 474ha is industrial and
l6ha is commercial. The Master Plan provides for an additional three primary schools, two high
schools, district open space, and a district and two neighbourhood centres (nigure zf).
