Sau 1 time tham gia, các bạn thấy team hoạt động thế nào và em thấy có học hỏi được điều gì từ hoạt động này không?
Em nhận thấy team mình đang hoạt động rất tốt, các dự án rất hay và hữu ích, từ khi tham gia dự án, kỹ năng đọc của em đã tăng lên đáng kể
Khả năng đọc hiểu của e được mở rộng rất nhiều. Đến bây giờ e ko còn e dè hay sợ khi nhìn thấy hàng tít báo tiếng anh mà dài nữa ^^ dù khả năng từ vựng, ngôn ngữ của e còn hạn chế nhưng việc đọc báo vẫn khiến e hứng thú
Bên cạnh đó thì e được gặp gỡ với những anh chị rất giỏi trong ngôn ngữ, nói chung là em được học hỏi thêm rất nhiều
Em thấy team hoạt động rất tốt. (1 phần là nhờ Ad) Mọi người gắn bó, hợp tác học hỏi, cởi mở chia sẻ với nhau nhiều hơn. Nhờ tham gia team mình, kiến thức của em được mở mang hơn. Em được thực hiện mong muốn góp phần chia sẻ kiến thức và đưa tiếng Anh gần hơn với người khác.
Với tư cách là trans, em cảm thấy team mình qua 1 năm thật sự có những bước tiến. Ví dụ như việc:
- Checker phản hồi tích cực hơn với trans.
- Đặc biệt có anh Hậu thường góp ý, chia sẻ rất tích cực, anh còn đánh giá trên thang điểm 10 giúp em cảm thấy có động lực làm việc tốt hơn nữa.
- Ad lâu lâu có gửi một số bài dịch vào group để tuyên dương những bạn dịch hay, em cảm thấy rất được kích lệ bởi điều đó.
- Các thành viên luôn tích cực góp ý, giúp đỡ lẫn nhau trong box chat.
Em đã học được nhiều điều, từ tác phong làm việc nhóm, đến những thành quả mà ban đầu sẽ không nhận ra, nhưng khi trải qua một thời gian dài thì em mới biết mình đã tiến bộ đến nhường nào. Em cảm ơn ad, IELTS Song Ngữ cùng team The Economist rất nhiều.
Khả năng reading tăng cao, làm việc online đúng tiến độ, vốn từ speaking cũng nhiều hơn, tốc độ phán đoán và dịch bài nhanh hơn.
Em thấy các bạn rất giỏi và chăm chỉ làm việc, các dự án của ad vô cùng đa dạng và thú vị. Nói chung là em cảm thấy rất may mắn khi trở thành một phần của team IELTS Song Ngữ :D
