Terms of Trade
1. About price
The price is EXW dezhou city. It doesn’t include the cost of land fee and ocean freight and construction work,
Installation and commissioning.
2. Payment Terms
30% deposit T/T in advance, 70% balance T/T before shipment
3. Manufacture Lead Time
50 working days from the date of receiving 30% deposit.
4. Quality Warranty:
one year From the dates of delivery. If the Buyer needs to change the damaged spare parts caused by the quality of
Seller’s quality problem(s) within warranty,Seller will provide the spare parts to Buyer without charging any cost.
If the Buyer needs to change the damaged spare parts out of warranty, Seller should provide the spare parts to the
Buyer with reasonable charge.And guide customer find and solve the problems.
5. About Engineer Installation abroad :
Buyer should provide round trip air ticket(s) and visa.Salary USD150/Day per person. All the groundwork should
be finished before Seller’s engineers’ arrival. If not, the Buyer should afford all charges, which include charges
caused by Seller’s engineers could not finish the installation within defined working days stated above, extension of
visa, board and lodging in the hotel ,etc.
