Final Settlement & Discharge Letter

The parties M/s (Sub-Contractor Name) & M/s (CONTRACTOR NAME) hereby acknowledge and mutually
agreed on the date 16 January 2022 that the all-inclusive final settlement amounts due is OMR 29,605 (Twenty Nine
Thousand Six Hundred Five OMR) to be paid by M/s (Sub-Contractor Name) to M/s (CONTRACTOR NAME),
in connection with all the Works / Supplies of Goods performed /Delivered under contract / PO No: 11272-O-INE-
R1 dated 28 February 2021, and any variations/ back charges/ claims (submitted or not) thereto; and in consideration
of said payments M/s (CONTRACTOR NAME) hereby waive and release any and all liens and claims or right of
lien against INCO, its officers, directors, employees, equipment or premises arising out of or in connection with the
contract / PO Works performed, including but not limited to services furnished by M/s (CONTRACTOR NAME)
or / and any of M/s (CONTRACTOR NAME)’s subcontractors, suppliers, employees or agents under the aforesaid
contract or any variations/ back charges/ claims thereto upon releasing of payments with regards to the below
payment plan.

(Sub-Contractor Name) shall not be liable to M/s (CONTRACTOR NAME) for any other matters or
commitments arising out of or in connection with the contract / PO No: 11272-O-INE-R1 dated 28 February 2021or
the execution of the contract works.

Now Therefore, (Sub-Contractor Name) and M/s (CONTRACTOR NAME) hereby concludes the
aforementioned PO’s final settlement agreement Closure in accordance with the context mentioned above.
