It’s sad to see business firms caters the needs of men and recognize their competitive
advantages more than women’s. Toxic masculinity is ruining our office culture.
If the idea of gender-balanced fail to gain support, the world may repeat the past practices that
were prejudiced. The number of men bullying women at work will keep increasing.
Women in their 50s and 60s finally became heads of department. They not only take good care
