Metering Instrument Transformers - Screw drivers Line Crew - Working - Ladder Gloves Equipment - Hot Stick - Raincoat - Shot gun (if Raining) ● Purpose - Safety Shoes - To minimize - Climber/B system loss ody belt
i. Secure work permit, Trip Ticket See Driver’s SOP
and gate pass ii. Verify the report Inspect the meter and wiring ● Scope connections. Check the parameters. - All defective Metering Instruments including iii. Disengage fuse cut-out Make sure that the primary line is not energized by disengaging the cut-out using hot stick and shot gun
iv. Replace the meter and/or
Instrument Transformers v. Energize the metering Double check all the equipment connections Do necessary safety clearance before engaging the cut-out for energization
vi. Record data Gather necessary
data/information. Old and new meter/ instrument transformer data, Terminal seal. Accomplish Service Memo to be forwarded to Billing Section.
