Homemade Hair Pomade

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Begin making your homemade pomade by melting the beeswax in a double boiler. (I
improvise and use a glass Pyrex mixing bowl in a pot of boiling water.
2. Add the coconut oil and stir until melted.
3. Turn off the boiler and add bentonite clay.
4. Allow the mixture to cool slightly while continuing to stir.
5. Stir in essential oil.
6. Pour into a container. (I use a small mason jar, but any container works fine.)

MATERIALS
- Beeswax (2 tbsp)
- Coconut oil (3 tbsp)
- Bentonite clay (2 tsp)
- Sandalwool essential oil. (10 drops).

WHERE TO GET THE MATERIALS?

- Beeswax.
An organic store is one of the first places to check, most probably you will be able to find it,
if not, a place where they sell all natural honey, will likely also have the bee wax.

- Coconut oil.
You are able to find coconut oil pretty much anywhere, a supermarket, an organic store, a
beauty store, anything will do for this one.

- Bentonite clay.
You can find this one in any store specialized in selling vitamins and supplements, one like
“GNC” will most likely have a hold of this one.

- Sandawool Essential Oil.

Once again with this one, an organic store is a good place to check for this one, if not, you
can also try looking for It in a candle store, or a beauty product store.

Raspberry as Lip Tint

Crushing this fruit into a paste and filtering it will be enough for a pigment to come out and be used
as a tint for the lips.

You can get this in any supermarket.

Strawberry as Blush

Same as the raspberry, crushing it will make a tint to spread through your cheeks for a nice touch
of color in the cheeks.

You can get it at any supermarket.

Blueberry as Eyeshadow

You wouldn’t guessed it….you need to crush up the blueberry into a paste so you can apply it in
the eyes.

You can also get this one in the supermarket.
