AGREEMENT FOR SALE

THIS AGREEMENT is made the 29TH day of MARCH, 2023

BETWEEN, MWANALIMA ALI M`BOGA ID NO.2189755, ASHA HAMADI
MWAGOMBERWA ID No.2184104, MOHAMED MOHAMED MWABUNGARE ID No.
5477762, BINTI SUDI HAMISI ID NO.1017014 of Postal address -80403, Kwale in the
Republic of Kenya (hereinafter all together called “the vendors “which expression shall where
the context so admits include his respective personal representatives and assigns) on the one part
and HAILE A MAHMOUD HUSSEIN ID NO.0439501 of P.O Box 4068- Siaya in the
Republic of Kenya (hereinafter referred to as “the Purchaser” which expression shall where the
context so admits include her successors and assigns) on the other part,
WHEREAS:
a) The Vendors are desirous of disposing off a 2.067ha curved out from Plot at KWALE
/TIWI/ 1384 and the parties have identified the location. (hereinafter referred to as “the
property”)
b) The Vendors are desirous of disposing off the said property to the Purchaser and whereas
the Purchaser is desirous of purchasing the said property.
IT IS HEREBY AGREED AND CONFIRMED by and between the parties hereto as follows:-
1. Purchase Price
1.1. The Purchase Price for the sale and purchase of the Property has been agreed on Kenya
Shillings Three Million (Kshs.3,000,000 ) (hereinafter referred to as “the Purchase
Price”)

1.2. The Purchaser shall pay deposit of Kenya Shillings One Million (Ks
hs.1,000,000/-) Upon signing the sale Agreement to the Vendor (receipt whereof the
Vendor hereby acknowledge).

1.3. The Purchaser shall pay the final balance of the purchase price of Two Million
(Ksh.2,000,000/-) upon successful transfer and the title deed is registered in the name of
the purchaser.

1.4. Whereas the said amount shall be payable into the account details herein below :-
